If you are part of a group booking, one person must take responsibility for the payment.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund. In case of bad weather or unavoidable circumstances, we may reschedule your booking or provide a refund at our discretion.

Any form of rude behavior, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated. If anyone is found violating this rule, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund.

Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the person responsible. Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas, and littering is strictly prohibited. We offer membership plans for regular players. Membership fees are non-refundable and must be renewed before expiry to continue enjoying the benefits. Memberships are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be shared with others. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us in advance, but refunds will not be provided.
